Donating to the Barrhaven Food Cupboard

Our we scare hunger initiative paid off! Today we donated over a 1000 dollars to our local Barrhaven food cupboard!

ARTS VISUELS - La Perspective

Bonjour mes 5e et 6e!

1. Please read through the slide show (link below) for your art assignment.
2. Head to your HAPARA and find the doc titled La Perspective - Des monuments du monde. 
3. Read the instruction and fill out the document as you research different buildings from around the world. Don't forget to document your research :)

CHRISTMAS PHOTO BOOTH!

     The Grade 6 team is thrilled to launch our 1st Annual Christmas Photo Booth! This year, you will have the opportunity to purchase adorable Christmas themed photos (5x7) of your children here at St. Cecilia, and just in time to gift to friends and family members, near and far. This fundraiser will be led by our Grade Six students. Proceeds will go towards their trip to St. Brigid’s and Christmas Hampers.

There will be 3 different photo themes to choose from for either individual child photos or sibling groups.

Themes will include:

• PJ Christmas theme - Tuesday, December 4th

Students can wear their pajamas and pose in a cozy Christmas setting

• Christmas Cheer theme - Wednesday, December 5th

Students can dress up in festive dress and can bring festive props such as Santa hats, elf ears or even ugly Christmas sweaters from home

• Religious theme - Thursday, December 6th

Students can pose in front of a nativity themed scene

Each photo will cost $3. Orders and payments can be made through School Cash Online. Please select the theme(s), the number of photos you would like to purchase and indicate if you would like individual and/or sibling group photos. All orders must be placed by Friday, November 30th.
